The stories in Clash of Stone and Steel (Book 3) and  Nemesis Rising (Book 4) overlap, so the two books can be read in tandem. That is, readers can switch back and forth between the two books as the story progresses, depending on what experience the reader wants. Doing the tandem read will let you be a little more ‘in the know’ if you so desire, but the author does not recommend reading one way over the other. 

Notations are also included at the ends of chapters of both books to tell readers when to switch.

NOTE: If you choose the tandem read, you will actually begin with the Prologue of Book 4, Nemesis Rising.
